Welcome to Flame & Barrel! Join our Experienced and hardworking team. Flame & Barrel is a full-service restaurant & bar, featuring a global cuisine inspired by local and fresh seasonal ingredients. We are looking for passionate, hardworking line cooks to join our team.
At Flame & Barrel (Restaurant + Bar), we believe that people want to be part of something they can be proud of, is fun, and values you.
Follow the recipe and fine attention to detail while presenting food.
Work with the Chef and finish the work allocated in timely manner.
Check the Prep list and prepare accordingly.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook.
Should be able to lift at least 20 lb.
Physically Fit and able to stand for 6 hours or more.
Make sure all the Food items are labelled and stored at right temperature.
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
